Pick-ups

Horeca professionals and wholesalers receive a free buyer's card on their first visit. You will be asked to fill in a document and provide a copy of the identity card of the person listed on the ECB, in order to justify your purchases as a professional.
You'll benefit from a discount of up to 5% on all professional purchases picked up in the store (applied directly to the in-store selling price). All our invoices are payable in cash (cash, bancontact and Monizze). 

Deliveries

Deliveries are made from our Barchon or Wavre stores (no delivery from Brussels) in 3 zones around each store:
Zone 1: Delivery from 300€ * (excl. VAT)
Zone 2: Delivery from €400 * (excl. VAT)
Zone 3: Delivery from €850 * (excl. VAT)

Below these amounts, you will be charged €20 (excl. VAT), subject to acceptance of delivery.
Please contact the office to find out which delivery zone you are in.
You will receive a 2% discount for deliveries over € 850.
Price delivered = Price collected + 5.3%.

All invoices are payable in cash.

We accept orders for same-day delivery up to 6:00 am in Wavre and up to 7:00 am in Liège.
However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Sales department

Customer satisfaction is one of VDS-Food's top priorities. Professionalism and helpfulness are our greatest assets.

When you visit one of our establishments, our in-house sales department is entirely at your disposal. If you wish, our culinary specialists will be happy to advise you on our product ranges.

Promotions

A monthly folder features a hundred or so products on special offer. We also present our new products.
We invite you to consult our folder directly on our website www.vds-food.com. It is also available in our cash & carry outlets.

Likewise, if you are interested in "flash" promotions by SMS, we invite you to contact us to be added to our list (this system is reserved for our professional customers).
