If you have a VDS Food’s customer account and have already give us your email, use the "Already customer" area to retrieve your customer profile.

If following this procedure, you do not receive any email, this probably means that your customer number or email address is not registered with us. Please contact one of our stores directly: Contact

Of course ! A customer card gives you access to make purchases in our 3 stores.

Even if you are not a foodie, you can still create an account. Unfortunately, an account which is not in the HORECA sector will not be eligible to benefit from the professional prices. To find out if your account is eligible, you need to check if your HORECA status is listed in the ECB.

Order, delivery and payment

The easiest step before placing a purchase is to register on our website at : Create an account. As a result, you can view our prices and, if you'd like, schedule a delivery.

For any orders that need to be picked up in store, we advise you to contact the chosen directly either by phone or by email: Contact.

Please note that a voice mail machine allows you to place your orders even when our stores are closed. Don't forget to specify: your customer’s name, your address and a telephone number to contact you.

To be delivered, it is first essential to register as a customer because we only deliver to HORECA professionals previously registered in our database.

Once your account is validated and you meet the delivery conditions, we simply invite you to connect to our website and place your order.

We ask you to order for a minimum amount of €300 to avoid fees. Any order over €850 offers you 2% reduction. Deliveries must be paid in cash or Bancontact directly to the driver.

PLEASE NOTE: your first 10 orders placed via our web shop benefit from an additional 2% discount.

Before delivery: if you are unable to receive or pay for today's delivery,
You must contact the store handling your delivery as quickly as possible.

Upon receipt of the delivery:
You have 24 hours to send us any complaints. We always advise you to check the order with the driver when he delivers it to you. He can then directly act with you accordingly.

24 hours after delivery:

The best is to directly call the store that delivers to you. Beforehand, you can always check your current invoices. Most of the time this is a payment problem.

On the webshop:

No payment must be made online. We ask you to pay for your order on delivery, in cash or by Bancontact.

In shop:

In-store purchases must be paid in cash and can be paid for in cash, by electronic meal voucher (Monizze) or by Bancontact.

Brussels: open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Barchon: open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Wavre: open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

We are also open on most public holidays of the year except when they fall on a Monday.

Customer account and conditions

Promotion by CARTON:we offer several items at reduced prices if you take them by carton. You can view this via our site or by visiting the store via our price displays.

Promotion of the MONTH: : every month, VDS-FOOD offers you items from its range on promotion. Find them via our folder and register for it via our folder.

FLASH promotions : when we manage to obtain advantageous prices on ultra-fresh products, we take the opportunity to pass them on to you! We notify our customers by SMS. Are you interested ? Enter your mobile number.

Promotion by PALETTE: if you are interested in purchasing an item by pallet, we can give you a favorable price. For any request, send us an mail or contact the store manager directly through our Cash&Carry.

By logging into your customer account online, you can view the "My account" menu item. You will be able to independently update your contact information as a result.
ATTENTION ! Your updated delivery address must be verified by our services.

Do you have a web login? Log in to your account and go to the “My orders” section. There you will find a history of your purchases and the "PDF" button allows you to download the document for each order and even consult your invoices paid in store.

The best is to call your reference store directly. Beforehand, you can always check your current invoices. Most of the time this is a payment problem.
